- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards in the automotive industry.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure defect-free products meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality production standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or a related field within the automotive industry.
- Robust knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, plant quality systems, and manufacturing quality principles.
- Proven track record of implementing successful quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
