Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Product Designer with 36 years of experience who can independently execute design work while contributing to problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will own clearly defined problem areas translating complex clinical and financial workflows into intuitive, data-rich experiences while working closely with senior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Deliver scalable solutions across web and mobile, iterating quickly on feedback.
Problem Solving:
- Break down complex clinical and financial workflows into clear, structured interactions.
- Ask strong why questions and apply structured thinking to reach the root of a problem.
Design Systems & Foundations:
- Use and actively contribute to the design system to enable consistency and reuse.
- Apply UX/UI principles and information architecture across all work.
Accessibility & Craft:
- Design with accessibility built in from the start.
- Maintain a high bar for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction detail.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and domain experts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate design decisions with clear rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
Research & Insights:
- Run and support discovery interviews, workflow deep-dives, workshops, and usability testing.
- Use behavioral analytics and research to identify friction and translate findings into product improvements.
Tools & AI:
- Work in Figma across all stage's flows, UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Use behavioral and testing tools such as Hotjar to validate designs and surface user friction.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration, iteration, and synthesis.
Key Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 3-6 years of product design experience.
- Solid portfolio end-to-end work and clear problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Solid grasp of design systems, accessibility, and UX/UI principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset structured, comfortable with ambiguity.
Good-to-Have:
- Enterprise, workflow-heavy, or data-rich product experience.
- Healthcare domain familiarity.
- Exposure to user research and usability testing.
- Experience with AI design tools.
- Interest and ability in graphic design and visual communication.
