About the Chance

BCL / A S P R & Co. LLP, a Chartered Accountancy firm headquartered in Bengaluru, is hiring on behalf of a large multinational technology company for its finance centre of excellence in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be employed by ASPR and will work full-time with the client's revenue accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage month-end revenue close activities, including review of non-

routine transactions and accounting assessments

- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, disclosures and supporting

documentation for revenue accounts

- Review customer contracts for compliance with revenue recognition

policy and interpret contractual terms

- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for revenue-related

accounts

- Support ad hoc revenue and billing analyses to inform business

decisions

- Assist with internal and statutory audits, including timely and accurate

responses to auditor queries

- Maintain internal control documentation and contribute to process

improvement and automation initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global finance teams across

time zones

What We Are Looking For





- 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue accounting, ideally within a

software, SaaS or technology organisation

- Working knowledge of Oracle and NetSuite accounting systems

- Exposure to revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 or Ind AS 115)

preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CA, CMA or

MBA (Finance) is an advantage but not mandatory

- Strong working proficiency in MS Excel and comfort handling large data

sets

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across

teams

- Willingness to work flexible hours during month-end close to support

global coordination

- Employment: on the rolls of A S P R & Co. LLP, working full-time with the

client

- Location: Bengaluru (on-site/hybrid as per client policy)

- Compensation: commensurate with experience, to be discussed

during the hiring process
