We are looking for a skilled Process Trainer to join our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a solid background in process improvement and international processes.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver high-quality training content, including presentations, manuals, and online materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance their delivery skills.





Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience with training software and technologies, such as LMS platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
