- Willingness to conduct training sessions (online/offline) in English across different user skill levels.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client site visits, training, or support needs.
Eligiblity
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may apply; 1 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
