Job Title: Mechanical Engineer MEP

Desired Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Mechanical MEP execution for high-rise residential projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Must have hands-on experience in the execution of high-rise residential projects.
2. Possess solid technical knowledge of Mechanical MEP services, including:
- Plumbing & Water Supply Systems
- Drainage & Sewerage Systems
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Mechanical Ventilation Systems
- STP

- Perform and review basic MEP design calculations, including hydraulic calculations, pump head calculations, pipe sizing, ventilation calculations, and equipment selection.
- Review and obtain approvals for materials, shop drawings, and technical submittals in compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure execution of works in accordance with QA/QC procedures, relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes), NBC, CPHEEO guidelines, and project specifications.
- Supervise and monitor the installation of Mechanical MEP services,



ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and construction schedules.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Testing & Commissioning (T&C;) of all Mechanical MEP systems and ensure successful handover documentation.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor measurements, quantity reconciliation, and material consumption reports.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, civil, and finishing teams to resolve site interface issues and ensure seamless MEP integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify execution bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of Mechanical MEP activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, maintain project documentation, and support statutory inspections and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements during execution.
