Role & responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR MIS reports.
- Support onboarding activities such as offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs.
- Help in attendance management, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals/social media.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and hiring needs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Assist in payroll coordination and compliance-related documentation (if applicable).
- Conduct follow-ups with shortlisted candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and HR events.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare HR reports as required by seniors.




- Learn and implement company HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Qualification: MBA (HR), BBA, PGDM (HR), B.Com, BA, or related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process, HR operations, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online job portals.
- Strong ability to coordinate with candidates and maintain records/documentation.
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and eagerness to build a career in HR.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to start early will be preferred.
- Candidates from Lucknow or nearby locations preferred (if location-specific).
- Must have a professional approach, confidence, and team-working skills.
