Position: HR Manager Industrial Recruitment & Compliance

SEERAJ GROUP, Central India's largest crane rental company, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for our crane rental and heavy lifting business. The role requires expertise in industrial recruitment, blue-collar workforce management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical manpower, including crane operators, riggers, technicians, mechanics, site engineers, and supervisors.
- Manage industrial recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, leave management, and HRMS records.
- Maintain employee records and support audits with complete documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and workforce engagement.
- Support performance management, employee retention, and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate manpower planning for project sites and operational requirements.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, recruitment reports,



and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with management to build a disciplined, safety-first workforce.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- 7-12 years of HR experience
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Heavy Equipment, Crane Rental, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, EPC, or Logistics industries
- Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment and industrial hiring
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations
- Experience with HRMS and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously
