Key Responsibilities:

- Lead procurement for Civil Construction and Horticulture/Landscaping projects.
- Manage procurement of materials, services, and contracts.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and purchase order management.
- Ensure timely availability of materials in line with project schedules.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry best practices.
