We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our LT Electrical Panel Development and Automation division. The ideal candidate should possess 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, engineering, and execution of LT electrical panels and industrial automation systems.

The role involves leading end-to-end panel development activities including design review, standardization, costing, technical evaluation, testing, and project execution while ensuring compliance with the latest industrial standards, safety regulations, and technological advancements. The candidate should have strong exposure to PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, control panels, and automation integration for industrial applications.

The candidate must be a self-driven leader with the ability to independently conceptualize, plan, and execute creative ideas and solutions.



Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding the engineering and production teams, improving operational efficiency, driving product development initiatives, and supporting business growth through technical expertise and strategic decision-making.

Strong business acumen, customer interaction skills, and a well-established network within the electrical and automation industry are essential. The role also requires coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer relationships.

Experience in the Food Processing industry and knowledge of hygienic electrical system requirements, process automation, and industry-specific compliance standards will be considered a significant advantage.
