Reporting To: Head of Section [Engine Crank]

Required Mandatory Skill Set:

Experience: Minimum 3-8 Years of experience in Engine Crank Shaft, Budget Coordinator, Inventroy Control. preferably SAP Knowledge

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented skilled to support and optimize Crank Shaft Line operations within the Engine Shop. The incumbent will be responsible for production performance, quality improvement, inventory control, budget management, spare parts coordination, machine efficiency enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure achievement of production and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Performance Management

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance.
- Prepare weekly production and rejection trend reports.
- Analyze productivity losses and implement corrective actions.
- Support monthly production closing activities and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to production plans and delivery schedules.

Quality Management

- Monitor in-line quality concerns and coordinate timely closure.




- Analyze crank shaft dimensional and quality issues.
- Support customer quality requirements and internal quality audits.
- Drive defect reduction and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate gauge calibration and quality equipment management.

Machine & Maintenance Coordination

- Analyze major machine breakdowns and implement countermeasures.
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine utilization, OEE, and line efficiency.
- Manage Special Purpose Machine (SPM) spare parts and durability items.
- Support coolant system maintenance and changeover activities.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management

- Manage FG and WIP inventory levels.
- Support CY/FY inventory audits and stock verification.
- Monitor wear parts and spare parts consumption.
- Coordinate local and overseas spare parts procurement.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid production interruptions.

Budget & Cost Control

- Track quarterly budget utilization and expenditure.
- Prepare annual operating expense
