We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA FICO expert to lead financial process design and optimization. This role requires expertise in FI/CO, Funds Management (FM), and Embedded Analytics, alongside solid leadership in Stakeholder Engagement and Vendor Coordination to ensure seamless project delivery and system performance.Updated Key Responsibilities

Finance, Controlling & Funds Management (Core):

- Design and configure material Ledger, Cost Centre/Profit Centre Accounting, AR,AP, Asset accounting, Internal Orders, Actual costing , Transfer pricing and account-based Margin Analysis
- Manage end-to-end Funds Management (FM), including Budget Control Systems (BCS) and commitment tracking for strict financial governance
- Deploy Embedded Analytics using CDS Views and Fiori KPI tiles for real-time executive reporting undefinedScribd.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary liaison between business finance users and technical teams, translating complex financial requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with department heads to define "To-Be" processes and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and stakeholder sign-off sessions to ensure final solutions align with organizational goals
- Coordinate with external implementation/AMS partners and software vendors to align on project timelines, deliverables, and SLA Governance.
- Manage vendor-driven integration workstreams, ensuring third-party interfaces (banks, tax authorities, legacy systems) meet functional and technical specifications

Other Skills & Qualifications

- Interpersonal & Negotiating Skills: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts between competing business priorities and technical constraints
- Engagement Management: Experience managing small SAP project workstreams or external vendor teams within a fast-paced implementation environment
- Strategic Communication: Excellence in articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite leadership
- Integration Proficiency: Deep understanding of Bank H2H (Payment & Collection), FI-PP, FI-PS, FI-PM, FI-MM and FI-SD integration .

Experience: 8-12+ years

Qualification: CA /CMA/ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Location: Gurugram / Aero City
