Hiring: TAC2 Engineer Managed ENOC

Location: Guraon, Manesar

Experience: 3 10 Years 24x7 Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a TAC2 Engineer with strong experience in Managed Network Services .

Key Skills:

- MPLS (L2VPN/L3VPN), Internet Leased Line (ILL)
- BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, QoS
- Cisco & Juniper Routing/Switching
- Incident Management, RCA & SLA Handling
- ServiceNow / ITSM Tools
- CCNP (Preferred)

Requirements:

- 3 10 years of Network Operations/TAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer handling skills
- Experience in Managed NOC/ENOC workplace is preferred
