Chemprocess Solutions is hiring for a Reputed Chemical/API Manufacturing Company.

Role & responsibilities

1. Production Operator (ITI AOCP/Chemical)

Operate reactors, filtration, drying and other process equipment as per SOPs and BMR. Monitor process parameters, ensure safe plant operation and maintain production documentation.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI AOCP/Diploma/B.Sc. Chemical with 2-5 years' experience in Chemical/API/Pharma plants. Knowledge of reactors, filtration, drying, SOP, BMR, DCS and safety practices.

2. Shift Incharge

Lead shift operations, manage manpower and ensure production targets are achieved safely. Coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Utilities while maintaining GMP, SOP and documentation compliance.

Preferred candidate profile: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech Chemical with 3-5 years' experience in process industries. Strong leadership, manpower handling and production planning skills.

3. QC Chemist

Perform raw material, in-process and finished product analysis using laboratory instruments. Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with quality standards and timely reporting of results.

Preferred candidate profile: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry with experience in chemical/API/pharma laboratories. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, analytical instruments and documentation.

4. QA Executive

Review batch manufacturing records, SOPs and quality documentation. Support validation, investigations, CAPA, audits and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc./M.Sc. with QA experience in API/Pharma/Chemical industries. Knowledge of GMP, validation, CAPA, SOPs and audits.

5. Electrical Engineer

Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT systems, MCCs, VFDs and electrical equipment. Ensure safety, reliability, energy efficiency and statutory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E./Diploma Electrical with experience in HT/LT systems, MCC, VFD, transformers and industrial maintenance.

6. Electrician Technician

Carry out installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of motors, panels, switchgear and electrical systems. Follow LOTO procedures and ensure safe, uninterrupted plant operations.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI Electrician/Diploma with experience in industrial electrical maintenance, motors, switchgear, MCC panels and LOTO procedures.

7. Instrument Engineer

Maintain and troubleshoot DCS, PLC, SCADA and field instrumentation. Perform calibration, process improvements and ensure reliable operation of control systems.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E./Diploma Instrumentation with experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, calibration and process instrumentation.

8. Instrument Technician

Install, calibrate and maintain transmitters, control valves and process instruments. Support preventive maintenance and troubleshoot instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma Instrumentation with experience in calibration, control valves, transmitters and field instrumentation maintenance.

9. Fitter Technician

Maintain pumps, compressors, valves, gearboxes and rotating equipment. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance while ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI Fitter with experience in pumps, compressors, gearboxes, valves and rotating equipment maintenance.

10. DCS Operator

Operate and monitor plant operations through DCS/SCADA systems to ensure secure and efficient production. Monitor process parameters, troubleshoot process deviations, and maintain shift logs and production records.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma/B.Tech Chemical/BSc Chemistry with DCS panel operation experience in continuous/batch process plants. Knowledge of process troubleshooting preferred.

11. Utility Operator

Operate and monitor utility systems including boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers, DM/RO plants and nitrogen systems. Ensure uninterrupted utility supply and perform routine inspections.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma/BSc with experience operating boilers, chillers,



compressors, cooling towers, RO/DM and utility systems.

12. Maintenance Technician

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of static and rotating equipment. Troubleshoot plant equipment, minimize downtime and maintain maintenance records while following safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma Mechanical/Fitter with experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance in process industries.

13. Civil Engineer

Plan and supervise civil construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects within the plant. Ensure quality, safety, contractor coordination and compliance with project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E./B.Tech Civil with industrial construction and maintenance experience. Knowledge of RCC, structural works and project execution.

14. Civil Junior Engineer

Assist in execution and supervision of civil works including RCC, structural, drainage and maintenance activities. Monitor site progress, measurements, quality and contractor work.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma/B.E. Civil with site execution experience. Familiarity with AutoCAD, quantity estimation and contractor supervision.

15. Civil Draftsman

Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, GA drawings, layouts, structural and civil drawings. Coordinate with engineers to update drawings as per project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma Civil Draftsman with proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of civil/structural drawings.

16. Solar Power Technician

Install, inspect, troubleshoot and maintain solar PV systems, inverters, batteries and associated electrical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimum system performance.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma Electrical/Electronics with solar PV installation and maintenance experience. Knowledge of inverters and electrical safety.

17. Solar Power Plant Operator

Operate and monitor solar power plant equipment through SCADA/monitoring systems. Record generation data, identify faults, coordinate maintenance and maximize plant availability.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma Electrical/Mechanical with experience in solar plant operations, SCADA monitoring and preventive maintenance.

18. Boiler Operator

Operate and monitor boilers, steam systems and associated utilities to ensure uninterrupted steam supply. Perform water quality checks, routine inspections and maintain boiler logs.

Preferred candidate profile: Boiler Attendant Certificate with experience operating industrial boilers and steam systems. Knowledge of boiler safety regulations preferred.

19. Turbine Operator

Operate and monitor steam/gas turbines and auxiliary systems for efficient power generation. Maintain operating parameters, perform routine checks and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Preferred candidate profile: BSc/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical with experience in steam/gas turbine operation in power or process plants.

20. ETP Operator

Operate Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure wastewater treatment meets environmental norms. Monitor process parameters, chemical dosing, pumps and maintain operational records.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc. with experience operating industrial ETPs. Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and pollution norms.

21. STP Operator

Operate and maintain Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) equipment to ensure treated water meets regulatory standards. Monitor pumps, blowers, dosing systems and plant performance.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma/BSc with experience in sewage treatment plant operations, pumps, blowers and chemical dosing systems.

22. RO/DM Plant Operator

Operate Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Demineralization (DM)



plants to ensure continuous supply of quality process water. Monitor water quality, regeneration cycles and equipment performance.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma/BSc with experience in RO, DM and water treatment systems. Knowledge of regeneration and water quality testing.

23. Mechanical Engineer

Plan and supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of static and rotating equipment. Improve equipment reliability, coordinate shutdown activities and ensure safety compliance.

Preferred candidate profile: B.E./Diploma Mechanical with experience in maintenance of rotating/static equipment, shutdown planning and reliability improvement.

24. Safety Officer (HSE)

Implement HSE policies, conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Lead toolbox talks, incident investigations, risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.

Preferred candidate profile: Degree/Diploma with ADIS/PDIS/Industrial Safety qualification. Experience in HSE management, PTW, JSA, incident investigation and statutory compliance.

25. HVAC Technician

Install, operate and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

Preferred candidate profile: ITI/Diploma Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with experience in HVAC maintenance, chillers, AHUs and FCUs.

26. Production Supervisor/Engineer

Lead production teams to achieve shift targets, ensure manpower utilization and maintain production documentation. Monitor process performance, safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Chemical with experience in shift supervision, manpower management, GMP and production planning.

27. Chemical Plant Helper

Assist operators in plant operations, material handling, loading/unloading, housekeeping and equipment cleaning. Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and support smooth production activities.

Preferred candidate profile: 10th/12th Pass or ITI preferred. Physically fit with willingness to work in shifts. Experience in chemical plant operations is an advantage.

28. Industrial Painter

Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding and sandblasting, then apply protective and industrial coatings as per specifications. Perform touch-up painting, maintain coating quality and follow safety standards while working at heights and in plant areas.

Preferred candidate profile: 10th/12th/ITI Painter or experienced Industrial Painter with knowledge of surface preparation, spray painting, epoxy coatings and industrial safety practices.

29. HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support (PF/ESI), and client manpower requirements. Maintain employee records, coordinate with site teams, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate/MBA (HR) with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations. Good communication, MS Office proficiency & knowledge of recruitment, documentation, PF/ESI & labor law compliance. Experience in industrial or manpower staffing will be preferred.

30. Business Development Executive

Generate new business leads, acquire clients, prepare proposals, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for recruitment and industrial manpower services.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate/MBA with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Experience in manpower, recruitment, or industrial services preferred.
