Roles and Responsibilities

1) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching new clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

2) Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

3) Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

4) Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand.

* Build contacts with potential clients to create recent business opportunities.

* Prospect potential new clients, meet them on daily basis and bring revenues to

the organization.

* Meeting/ Talking to the clients, understanding their needs and offer them a

custom tailor-made media advertising solution.

* Gather client's business requirements and assist in driving strategy, planning,





execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

* Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with old and new clients to grow

business opportunities

* Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate for knowledge

gathering and networking with prospecting clients

Desired Candidate Profile

* MBA /BBA or any equivalent discipline in Sales / Marketing from a reputed institution.

* Relevant experience in Business Development and/or media-sales with

more than 7 years in business development/sales function.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM solutions.

* Should have a strong sales track record and target hits.

* Must have an impressive personality and should be proficient in English and Hindi

* Must have 5-7 years of experience of which 5 years must be relevant to the role.

* 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media house, or integrated communications firm.
