Job Summary:

We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems.

This role also requires a robust understanding of Workday s integration & reporting tools and a collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , Core Connectors , Workday Studio and Web Services (SOAP/REST) .
- Develop and support custom reports using BIRT for Workday Advanced Reporting .
- Create and manage Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and dashboards .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Support Workday updates and releases by testing and validating integrations.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.




- 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting .
- Proficiency in Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , XML , XSLT , and JSON .
- Hands-on experience with BIRT and Workday Advanced Reporting .
- Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer , calculated fields , and data sources .
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Workday Pro Integrations and Workday Studio / Reporting .
- Experience with middleware platforms (e. g. , Dell Boomi , MuleSoft ).
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics , Extend , or Workday Security .
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
