Roles and Responsiblities

Design & Documentation

- Prepare 3D and 2D drawings for new RFQs and maintain them in the PLM system.
- Create and revise Operational Standards (OS) for NPD parts, incorporating 4M changes.
- Develop broach drawings for current specifications and support feasibility analysis.
- Handle Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for OS, raw material, and finished goods drawings.

Jigs, Fixtures & Tool Management

- Design jigs and fixtures for NPD parts and initiate part number creation.
- Maintain updated tools, jigs, and fixtures lists for all assigned projects.
- Manage reservations, stock maintenance,



and material availability for tools, jigs, and fixtures.

CAPEX & Procurement Support

- Raise indents for planned CAPEX items including machines, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
- Follow up on purchase requisitions (PR) and ensure timely material availability.
- Design bins, evaluate supplier feasibility, obtain customer approvals for packaging standards, and raise

PRs accordingly.

Review & Compliance

- Review forging drawings and specifications, ensuring timely closure of all assigned reviews.
- Ensure all designs and tools comply with internal and customer standards.
