About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer to design high-converting marketing creatives for digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience creating visuals for paid advertising, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design static creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging visuals for landing pages, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with the performance marketing and content teams.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

- 25+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience designing creatives for D2C brands,



e-commerce, or performance marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media designs, and marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, OpenArt, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
