- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating dialysis equipment, assisting patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality dialysis care
- The role includes monitoring patient vital signs, maintaining accurate treatment records, responding promptly to emergencies, and ensuring all dialysis procedures are performed in accordance with hospital protocols and quality standards
- The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining dialysis machines, monitoring RO water quality, ensuring infection control practices, and collaborating with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
- Applicants should possess strong technical knowledge of dialysis procedures, good communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting, and a commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with NABH and other applicable healthcare quality standards
