Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop investment cast components using Siemens NX.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Apply GD&T;, machining allowances, shrinkage, and draft considerations in casting designs.
- Coordinate with tooling, foundry, machining, and quality teams.
- Review customer drawings and support new product development.
- Prepare BOMs and engineering documentation.
- Implement engineering changes and resolve design-related manufacturing issues.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Siemens NX (Modeling, Assembly & Drafting).
- Knowledge of investment casting processes and mechanical design.
- Understanding of GD&T; and manufacturing drawings.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
