We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Audit Executive Quality & Compliance Audit to monitor, audit, and ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements. The role involves data analysis, MIS reporting, process audits, and identifying areas for operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular quality and compliance audits across departments and processes.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and audit trackers.

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Monitor adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

- Perform documentation audits and ensure records are maintained accurately.

- Generate audit findings, observations, and corrective action reports.

- Coordinate with department heads to track closure of audit observations.

- Support internal and external audit activities.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.

- Assist in process improvement initiatives and quality management programs.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.





- 4 - 7 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Quality Audit, Compliance Audit, Operations Audit, or Process Audit.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).

- Knowledge of MIS reporting, audit methodologies, and compliance processes.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Experience with ERP, CRM, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
