Role & responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of client billing, RA Bills, and final bills.
- Quantity measurement as per drawings and site execution.
- Site planning and daily work scheduling.
- Material planning and coordination with procurement team.
- Supervision of electrical installation work (Wiring, Lighting, Power, Panel, Earthing, Cable Laying, etc.).
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation.
- Verification of subcontractor bills and work measurements.
- Ensuring work quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolving site issues and coordinating manpower deployment.
- Ensuring safety standards and electrical regulations are followed at the site.




- Supporting project handover and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Billing, Site Planning, and Project Execution.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and client billing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in planning manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Knowledge of electrical standards, safety practices, and project documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
