Shift In-charge - Hydro – Copper Production Planning and Execution: - Oversee the hydro refining process to ensure continuous production and adherence to set quality standards.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of shift activities to meet production goals.
- Assess production issues in real-time and make necessary adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and output.
