Policybazaar is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to expand our on-ground sales network. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. This prospect is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interactions, traveling within the city, and achieving sales targets with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads for insurance product sales
- Schedule and conduct client visits to understand customer requirements
- Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to customers
- Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client needs
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for sales closure




- Coordinate with backend teams for documentation and policy issuance
- Maintain records of client visits and sales activities

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass(With Experience) or Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
- Kannada Fluency Mandatory
- Comfortable with daily client visits within the city
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
