About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor to support the creation of high-quality video content across

Futurense's learner ecosystem.

The role will focus on editing learner testimonials, masterclass highlights, workshop recaps,

community event content, and leadership content into engaging, platform-specific assets for

LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, an eye for detail, and the ability to

convert raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and learner-facing channels
- Add subtitles, branding elements, transitions, music, and motion graphics where required
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices

Edit Content for:

- Video Testimonials
- Learner Success Stories
- Masterclasses
- Career Assistance Workshops
- Leadership Mentoring Sessions
- Community Meetups
- Industry Connect Sessions
- Special Program Initiatives

Content Repurposing

- Convert long-form videos into short-form content
- Extract speaker highlights and key insights
- Create teaser videos and promotional snippets





- Repurpose recorded sessions into platform-specific formats

Asset Management

- Organize raw footage and edited assets
- Maintain structured video libraries
- Ensure proper version control and file management
- Archive completed projects for future use

Desired Skills

- Strong video storytelling skills
- Valuable understanding of social media video formats

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro (Optional)

Additional experience with motion graphics, animation, or sound design will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Media, Film, Communications, Design, or

related fields

- 12 years of experience in video editing, digital content, or media production
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms
