- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience specifically in GeM portal operations and e-tendering.
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent). A background in business administration or supply chain is a plus.
- Technical Know-how: In-depth knowledge of GeM functionalities, Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), and various state e-procurement websites.Role & responsibilities

- GeM Portal Management: End-to-end handling of the GeM portal, including primary/secondary user creation, product/service listings, catalog management, brand registration, and handling direct purchases, L1 bidding, and reverse auctions.
- Tender Identification: Actively track, identify, and analyze relevant tenders (Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and Private) via e-procurement portals, GeM, and newspaper advertisements.
- Bid Preparation & Submission: Review Tender Documents (RFQ/RFP/EOI),



understand eligibility criteria, compile technical and financial bids, and ensure flawless submission before deadlines.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize all supporting documents, including earnest money deposits (EMD), bank guarantees, compliance certificates, and past performance records.
- Post-Bid Follow-up: Track submitted bids, attend pre-bid meetings, manage clarifications requested by departments, and coordinate during the technical and financial evaluation phases.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Coordinate with internal technical/sales teams to gather inputs for customized bids and maintain healthy relationships with procurement officers.
