Key Responsibilities
- Leading strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to elevate the visibility and impact of GDS services while strengthening the EY brand across all touchpoints.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, managing multiple strategic projects together.
- Translate complex business strategies into clear, measurable communication plans that drive alignment and deliver tangible results aligned with organizational goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to the GDS EYP Leadership team, providing expert guidance on navigating their strategic priorities through effective communication.
- Champion collaboration by supporting GDS BMC Client Service initiatives and working closely with peers to uphold the highest standards of quality and delivery excellence.
- Own the management of GDS communication channels, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and engaging across all internal EY and GDS platforms.
- Lead the seamless coordination of marketing communications efforts, partnering with in-house designers, external vendors, and editorial teams to produce compelling and consistent messaging.
- Develop and execute cutting-edge, comprehensive communications strategies and campaigns that leverage the power of corporate storytelling to inspire and connect with diverse audiences.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Strong experience managing and advising senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate, team and network across a matrix organization, understanding how to communication across different cultures, languages, time zones and ranks
- Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, relevant, audience-centric communications
- Ability to work in complex change management environment and support global transformation programs within a multinational environment
- Excellent project management, problem-solving and delegation abilities, able to manage complex global processes and programs
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage to deadlines and work under tight deadlines
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 15-20 years in marketing communications or internal communications roles
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, journalism, communications or public relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with professional services firm, IT or technology organisation is preferred
- Experience leading and managing corporate communications teams
- Experience in a senior communications role for a global and/or complex organization
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Previous experience in large, matrix organizations
