- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP systems installations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 12-18 years of experience in Project Management - MEP or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Robust understanding of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing systems design principles.
