The right person thinks in baselines and benefits - a financial program manager or finance-oriented PM who can build a defensible value case, track it honestly through a long transformation, and then hand the whole capability over so well that the client no longer needs them. Any strong financial program management background fits; this is not a technology-specialist role.

Screening Criteria - Must Have

- 8-12 years in financial program management, benefits realization, or value management
- Quantified, tracked, and reported program value / benefits on large transformation initiatives
- Organizational change management and stakeholder readiness experience
- Executive-grade financial analysis and value reporting capability
- Available to work with US-based client stakeholders (time-zone overlap)

Nice to Have

- MBA or finance qualification
- Experience transitioning program / governance capabilities to client ownership (playbooks, maturity

models)

- IT transformation program exposure
- Consulting / advisory firm background

Professional Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in financial program management, benefits realization, value management,



or transformation program management
- Demonstrated experience quantifying, tracking, and reporting program value / perks on large transformation initiatives
- Experience with organizational change management, stakeholder readiness, and capability transition / knowledge transfer
- Experience transitioning program / governance capabilities to client ownership (playbooks, maturity models) strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or finance qualification an advantage

Skills & Capabilities

- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills; experienced building executive-grade value reporting
- Solid program management discipline - plans, milestones, dependencies, and completion criteria
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including with senior executives
- Structured, documentation-strong working style - playbooks, maturity models, and KT plans are core deliverables
- Comfortable working across time zones with US-based client stakeholders
