- Education: Bachelors/master’s in ECE / aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8–12 years in aerospace V&V;, with at least 3–5 years in project/program management.
- Technical Expertise:
- Solid knowledge of safetycritical compliance standards (DO178C, DO254, ARP4754A).
- Experience with platformlevel V&V; (not just applicationlevel).
- Familiarity with AIdriven testing, automation frameworks, and digital twin environments.
- Skills:
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multistakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication—concise, professional, executiveready.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
