Roles Responsibilities

- Primary responsibility is to operate Batching plant to meet production requirements in coordination with the plant supervisor.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.
- Oversees maintenance of all equipment including managing downtime.
- Responsible for inventory control, counts and audits.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, maintenance, and environmental compliance.
- Maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring valuable customer service.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Ensures compliance with all local environmental regulations.
- Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5-7 Years experience operating a fully automatic batching plants, able to handle the operations maintenance of Batching Plants with minimum supervision.

The primary responsibility of this position is to directly operator a batching plant and participate in all aspects of the daily operation of the plant, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, and environmental compliance.

Age : less than 40 years

Quantity Surveyor

Education: Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil

Experience : minimum of 4- 6 years of experience in the field of Quantity survey

Must know Qs work like Estimation, Costing Tendering and contracting , Project Planning Management.

The position is based out in our Manjeri office.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the field of Quantity survey and hold a B.Tech/ B.E degree.

The duties Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Preparation of tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts with
suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Responsible for testing of materials- Lab tests.

- Should be able to derive all quantity from the Architectural drawings
- Manage all the costs relating to road project or other civil project for the initial calculation to the final figure.
- Should be capable of calculating best possible cost and minimize the risk of the project and enhance the value of the money.
- Should be able to prepare and analyze project costing for the Tender, such as material, quantities labor and time.
- Should be able to prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ, with the help of technical drawing.
- Should be able to advice on contractual claims and dispute. He will advise on procurement strategy.
- Should be able to evaluate the completed work, oversee bills and attain the client regarding any dispute or queries.
- Should be able to review construction, plans and prepare quantity requirements keeping in view the quantity as per specified IRC guideline
