Responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality standards, reading technical drawings, performing basic machine maintenance, and following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling, turning, or machining centers.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and adjust machine settings as required.
- Inspect finished products using measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain production records.
- Follow quality, safety, and workplace procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 - 4 years of CNC machine operating experience.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and ensure quality standards.
- Basic understanding of CNC machine setup and maintenance.
