Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand project requirements and functional specifications.

2. Prepare and execute test cases based on requirements.

3. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

4. Identify, document, and track software defects.

5. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

6. Work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.

7. Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment.

8. Maintain test documentation and testing reports.

9. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and QA discussions.

10. Learn and follow software testing best practices and processes.

Required Skills

1. Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.

2. Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

3.



Familiarity with Manual Testing techniques.

4. Basic understanding of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

5. Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong attention to detail.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills.

8. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Internship or certification in Software Testing is an added advantage.

3. Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is a plus.
