Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and support of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure Workday solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.

Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.

Participate in data validation, reporting, and system audits.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide end-user support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Stay updated on Workday releases and new features.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

0 2 years of experience in HR systems, ERP applications, Workday, HR operations, business analysis, or consulting.

Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.





Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Workday through internships, projects, certifications, or training programs.

Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.

Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, or HR technology platforms.

Workday certification or training exposure is an added advantage.
