About the Role

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will support the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation and support of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Workday solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Participate in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and new features.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in HR systems, ERP applications, Workday, HR operations,



business analysis, or consulting.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Workday through internships, projects, certifications, or training programs.
- Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, or HR technology platforms.
- Workday certification or training exposure is an added advantage.
