Qualification- B.Tech (Mech) or (Production)/ Certification as Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred.
Experience
5 to 7yrs of experience in QA within Piping, Pressure Vessel, Heavy Fabrication or Nuclear manufacturing industries.
Minimum 23 years experience in handling Nuclear Quality Management Systems.

Quality Management System
Maintain and implement ISO 9001 and Nuclear ISO 19443 Quality Management Systems.
Prepare, revise and control Quality Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Plans.
Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, EN, PED and customer specifications.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits.

Key Responsibility :
Handling of QA activities and experience with company's certification audits, especially for Nuclear ISO19443 certification for piping and pressure vessel industries.
Prepare a risk & prospect matrix and analyse risks associated with the project and action to take for mitigation.
Analyse COPQ regarding NCR received from customer and internal repair or rejection.
