About the Role

The Project Management / PMO Returnship Track is suited for professionals with prior experience or strong interest in project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, reporting, delivery operations, business coordination or consulting support.

As a Returnship Associate in the PMO track, you will support project managers, delivery leads and client-facing teams across active Data, AI, Analytics and Cloud engagements. You will help teams stay organized, track progress, manage documentation, follow up on actions and support delivery governance.

The role exists to help returning professionals rebuild workplace confidence while contributing to real delivery outcomes in a fast-growing Data and AI consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support project managers and delivery teams in tracking project activities, milestones, risks, dependencies and action items.
- Prepare meeting notes, status updates, project trackers, action logs and follow-up summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project inputs, close pending items and support delivery cadence.
- Assist in stakeholder communication,



escalation tracking and project reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery records, project plans and governance materials.
- Support preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
- Assist delivery operations across client projects and internal transformation initiatives.
- Help teams maintain discipline around timelines, documentation, communication and execution follow-through.
- Participate in structured learning, mentoring sessions and skills-refresh activities as part of the returnship program.
- Build readiness for potential full-time opportunities within NeoStats based on performance, business needs and role fit.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of prior professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of career break.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
- Strong motivation to restart a full-time professional career.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across teams, follow up on actions and maintain clear documentation.
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project trackers, meeting notes and reporting formats.
- Willingness to learn about Data, AI, Cloud, Analytics and consulting delivery environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to work from office and engage actively with managers, mentors, peers and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in Project Management, PMO, delivery operations, business coordination, project support, consulting support or client-facing support roles.
- Experience in corporate, consulting, technology, analytics, banking, finance, operations or business support environments.
- Exposure to project documentation, status reporting, governance reviews or stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with Data, AI, Cloud,



Analytics or digital transformation programs will be an advantage.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional or client-facing teams is preferred.
