Position: Corporate Recruiter Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (IST)
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience: 6 Months 3 Years

What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Extend offers and support onboarding activities
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
Support hiring initiatives for US Recruiters and internal staffing needs

What We're Looking For
6 Months – 2 Years of recruitment experience
Experience in US Staffing recruitment preferred
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
