Factory Head - Garment

The Factory Head should be a senior leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the company. This position ensures production processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with company goals. Key responsibilities include:

- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of garments.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and protocols.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the production team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
- Cost Management: Manage production budgets and costs,



ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production workplace.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement, design, and sales departments to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and quality inputs for production. 1

- Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have at least 5 years of current experience of handling GAP, ZARA and H&M.;
