Job Summary

The Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical application support, product demonstrations, user training, and post-installation assistance for company medical equipment. The role involves working closely with doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, biomedical engineers, and the sales and service teams to ensure effective product utilization and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for healthcare professionals.

- Provide comprehensive application training to surgeons, doctors, nurses, OT staff, and biomedical engineers.

- Assist during product installations and support initial clinical procedures.

- Ensure customers are confident in operating equipment efficiently and safely.

- Deliver in office and remote application support whenever required.

- Work closely with the Sales Team during customer meetings, product evaluations, and product launches.

- Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve application-related issues and ensure timely customer support.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals.

- Conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME), workshops, seminars, and product training sessions.





- Maintain records of customer visits, training sessions, demonstrations, and application reports.

- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management to improve products and services.

- Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and advancements related to company product portfolio.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

- Travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh (Mainly Indore and Bhopal) to support customers and business requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:

- Biomedical Engineering

- Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)

- 2 - 5 years of experience as an Application Specialist, Clinical Specialist, OT Technician, or in the medical device industry is preferred.

- Strong clinical understanding of surgical procedures and medical equipment.

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and user training confidently.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Willingness to travel extensively.
