Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide strategic guidance on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Design and implement effective PPM processes, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven decision-making frameworks.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in implementing/configuring Enterprise PPM tools like Microsoft Project Server or similar platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Robust understanding of PPM principles, agile methodologies (Agile), scrum framework (Scrum), waterfall approach (Waterfall).

- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
