Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our product, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Youll spend your days engaging with potential customers, conducting deep-dive product demonstrations, and negotiating deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to inbound leads and identify recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Product Demonstrations: Lead engaging, value-based technical demos that translate complex software features into clear business solutions for stakeholders.

Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring all CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) records are accurate and up-to-date.

Closing & Negotiation: Navigate complex procurement processes,



handle objections with ease, and close high-value contracts.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed Individual Contributor (IC) quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Experience: 25 years of experience in B2B software sales or a similar closing role.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you should be able to command a room (or a Zoom call).

Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn software intricacies and explain them to non-technical users.

Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance multiple deals at different stages of the funnel.
