We are looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing large-scale Greenfield implementations and ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of SAP experience, including 5 years in cutover management.
- Proven experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA Greenfield projects as Cutover Manager.
- Strong understanding of SAP lifecycle, data migration, and deployment strategies.
- Experience managing hypercare support post go-live.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy and execution plan.
- Plan and execute cutover activities across SAP workstreams.
- Lead detailed task-level cutover execution.




- Create and manage timelines involving all stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed pre- and post-data migration plans.
- Align cutover plans with stakeholders and ensure readiness.
- Allocate resources and ensure task ownership.
- Conduct mock cutovers during QA/UAT phases.
- Lead final production cutover execution.
- Plan and manage hypercare support post go-live.
- Coordinate with all teams to ensure smooth execution.
