Role & responsibilities

- Build and lead the organization's AI, Data Science, and Analytics function from the ground up.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases such as demand forecasting, pricing optimization, production yield improvement, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimization.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing and business operations.
- Establish ML Ops best practices including model deployment, monitoring, governance, version control, and lifecycle management.
- Partner closely with CXOs, business leaders, and external consultants to accelerate enterprise-wide digital transformation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
- Manage global stakeholders, vendors,



and cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI adoption and business value realization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Advanced specialization in AI/ML is preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience building and scaling AI/Data Science functions within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
- Solid hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Deep Learning, Generative AI, RAG, and Computer Vision.
