About the Role:

We are hiring Associate International Voice Process (US Healthcare) for our Bengaluru office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong English communication skills who are looking to build a career in the international BPO industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain quality customer service.
- Update customer information in the system.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Undergraduates & Graduates can apply.
- Freshers with excellent English communication (B2/C1 Fluency).
- 2022 to 2026 pass-outs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work from the office in Bommanahalli, Bengaluru.




- B.Tech, Postgraduates & Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
