Job Title: Line Supervisor IoT Production (Junior Level)
Location: Bangalore
Department: Production

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Line Supervisor to manage daily operations of
the IoT production line. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of the production plan,
monitor cycle time, coordinate stock transfers, and maintain BOM discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily production plan as per schedule
Monitor and control cycle time to meet output targets
Ensure correct BOM usage and avoid material variance
Coordinate stock transfer between Stores, Production & QC
Track WIP, rework, and finished goods status
Maintain production reports and line documentation
Ensure quality standards are followed at all stages




Escalate material shortages or production issues on time
Coordinate with Procurement, QC, and Planning teams
Support EOLT / Flashing / CAN Test flow management

Required Skills:
Understanding of Production Planning & Execution
Basic knowledge of BOM structure
Understanding of Inventory & Stock Movement process
Awareness of cycle time and line balancing concepts
Positive communication skills
Basic Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
Ability to manage operators on the line

Qualification:
Diploma / BE (Mechanical / ECE / EEE / Industrial Engineering)
0–2 years experience in Electronics / IoT / EMS manufacturing preferred
