Team Lead Admissions & Operations

Are you an experienced professional with solid leadership and operational skills? Join our team and play a key role in driving admissions and campus operations at Jain University Campus, Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi.

Job Location: Jain University Campus, Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi
Department: Sales, Admissions & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Admissions & Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive student admissions by monitoring inquiry management, follow-ups, counseling, and enrollment processes.
- Supervise admission executives and counselors to achieve enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Monitor operational processes, documentation, and compliance with university policies.
- Prepare and analyze admission reports, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure exceptional service and support for prospective students,



parents, and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the student experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree required.
- Proven experience in a Team Lead role, preferably in handling Sales team, Admissions, Education, or Campus Operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.
