About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns for international clients.

This is a full-time remote position offering a market-competitive salary of USD $6,0009,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

The ideal candidate must have personally managed Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets of at least USD $20,000 and have a proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
- Google Search
- Performance Max
- Display
- YouTube
- Demand Gen
- Shopping

- Manage monthly Google Ads budgets of USD $20,000+.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking using:

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Merchant Center
- Conversion Tracking
- Enhanced Conversions
- Looker Studio

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and account managers to maximize campaign performance.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have hands-on campaign management experience.

Applications without proven experience managing Google Ads budgets of at least USD $20,000 per month will not be considered.

Profiles focused primarily on SEO, social media management, customer support, or campaign coordination without direct Google Ads management will not be considered.





- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Must have personally managed Google Ads accounts with monthly advertising budgets of USD $20,000 or more.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Search Certification.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, or Amazon Ads.
- Experience managing Lead Generation, SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
