Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by offering permanent staffing and recruitment solutions to product-based companies across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent clients for permanent staffing services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and Hiring Managers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into active staffing mandates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Drive repeat business by maintaining excellent client relationships.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years of Business Development/Client Acquisition experience in the Staffing or Recruitment industry.
- Proven experience in acquiring direct clients for recruitment services.
- Strong understanding of permanent staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business growth.
- Experience working with product-based companies or GCC clients will be an added advantage.
