Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional home dcor consultation by understanding customer needs, preferences, budget, and existing home interiors.
- Recommend suitable colour schemes, furnishings, dcor elements, and interior solutions across multiple product categories.
- Prepare customized design concepts using approved design software and digital visualization tools.
- Create accurate design estimates in accordance with approved pricing guidelines and rate cards.
- Promote and incorporate fitted furniture and other dcor solutions into customer proposals wherever applicable.
- Deliver an engaging, stress-free, and personalized consultation experience to every customer.
- Coordinate with store teams, contractors, and execution partners to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with recommended systems, quality standards, and installation procedures.
- Appoint and coordinate with empanelled contractors for execution of customer projects wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed schedules and immediately report any deviations.
- Maintain complete documentation, customer records, quotations, and daily activity reports.
- Actively participate in store initiatives, promotional activities, customer engagement programs, and team assignments.
- Maintain high standards of professional grooming, customer etiquette, and workplace discipline.
- Work collaboratively with store teams to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to store operating hours, attendance policies, and organizational processes.

Qualifications (Essential)

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Interior Designing, Fine Arts, or any Creative Discipline (Minimum 50% marks).
- OR Any Graduate with a Diploma in Interior Designing (Minimum 50% marks in Graduation).
- OR 10+2 with a 2-year Full-time Diploma in Interior Designing or Fine Arts (Minimum 50% marks in Diploma).

Experience (Preferred)

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer, Design Consultant, or Architect.
- Fresh graduates with relevant educational qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
